Workshops

During COVID-19 we were unable to carry out our own planned workshops in 2020, but instead we teamed up with 8 Muslim mental health organisations and ran monthly webinars on various topics that people were affected by during the pandemic.

Such as, Men’s Mental Health and the role of Father, Muslims & Suicide Prevention, What every Muslim needs to know about Suicide Prevention, Copying with change, Disordered Eating in our Muslim Community, Children’s Mental health, Bad Habits, Addictions and Making Changes, Love in the time of COVID Mastering healthy relationships. Hajj, Eid and Mental Health.

We are now working towards our first ever conference later this year in the Autumn of 2021 please watch out for more details here.
